Retaining Information

When placing an order with us (entering into a contract) we take the minimum amount of data to be able to communicate with you and make the delivery of the goods. In accordance with the law, this data has to be retained for 7 years. It is kept in a safe place and disposed of in a secure way. Your data will never be shared or passed on by us. As one of our customers, you have several rights in regard to the data we store about you.

 

Right to be Forgotten

Your data may occasionally (once or twice a year) be used by us for marketing purposes where we have a legitimate interest to do so, you have the right to opt out of this if you wish by emailing info@davidsalmon.co.uk where we will remove you from our databases within one week. However should you for any reason require the immediate complete deletion of your details from our database, you have the right to request this.
