VENJAKOB was founded in 1935 by a master carpenter, Alfons Venjakob. He defined the company to ‘build furniture fit for the world, with the right craftsmanship’. Venjakob are convinced that true sustainability begins with the design and therefore strive for a timeless design that is well-thought through from start to finish. The result is unique furniture made of lasting, sustainable materials. Supported by state-of-the-art production techniques, Venjakob stain, oil, sand, saw and screw by machine and hand.

At the end of this long process, quality control is undergone by experienced and a trained craftsman. Chairs, tables, living room and dining room furniture that quickly become a part of the family and which remain as beautiful after many years as they were on day one.
